What is the cut-off time for me to place my order?  

Monday - Sunday. 

Same day delivery by Fresh Fresh Flowers is guaranteed throughout Melbourne, orders can be placed at any time, on any day of the week. 

Australia wide deliveries can be made same day using our interstate connections, providing the order is placed by 3:00pm that day. 

Please note: Deliveries to remote or difficult delivery areas are not be guaateed for same day but we will do our best.   


What happens if there are delivery or other problems with my order? 

Delivery problems can occur for a number of reasons such as wrong address or suburb etc. We recommend that you leave recipient's contact details to solve any problems. 


What happens if a product is not available?

If a product or a particular flower is unavailable or out of season we will inform the customer and discuss about replacing the product with another similar product at the original product value upon approval by the customer.   


How do you use my email address that I provide you with?

When you place an order on our web site, you provide us with your e-mail address, which we then use to follow up your order. We also use this data to send you newsletters about our products. If you do not wish to receive these newsletters from us, we always give you the option to delete your address from our mailing list by return mail.  


How does your delivery process work?

We have a full time courier to carefully deliver flowers in Melbourne , 7 days week every day of the year.

According to their destination, our bouquets are delivered in water or specially wet packed to keep the flowers fresh. 

Melbourne deliveries All deliveries in Melbourne can be done on the same day as ordered and we do deliver to all suburbs. Delivery charges apply depending on the suburb/area code chosen in Melbourne. 

Deliveries Within Australia We deliver anywhere in Australia through our interstate networks. For interstate delivery anywhere in Australia there is a fee of $10.00. 

Worldwide Deliveries For overseas deliveries, bookings in advance are required in order to assure on time deliveries. Delivery charge of $20.00 applies when sending flowers to any overseas country.   


Do you deliver on public holidays?

We deliver on public holidays as the store is open 365 days a year, wether its Christmas Day or New Years day.    


How can I be sure that my order has been received? 

When the product is added to cart, and all details are completed then "Send Order" through, you will be shown a confirmation page with a receipt number. 

We recommend that you either print this page or note your receipt number for future reference. 

When ordering online you will receive an e-mail to confirm that your order has been received.   


How do I make changes to my order after I have already placed it?

You are able to make changes to your order after it has been placed with us within a reasonable timeframe before delivery.
